A collegiate gymnast turned modern dancer, turned T’ai Chi and Aikidoist, turned Chajin (person who studies Japanese Tea Ceremony), turned beginning Tango dancer. A movement coach and trainer for performing artists for 40 years. Author of Profound Physicality, a journal devoted to the study of sentience.
