(course fee is included in yearly tuition
of students in fulltime training at TAA)

Accommodations Fee:
Due by June 15, 2004, but make first and second choice reservations immediately with any roommate requests.

Deposit:
A deposit of $250 will guarantee a place in the course until June 15th on which date the balance is due.
